Help Us Bless Families This Thanksgiving

The Congregational Life Team is assembling Thanksgiving meal baskets to share with families in need. Thanks to generous donors, we already have 26 turkeys and 26 homemade pumpkin pies covered! Now we’re inviting you to help fill in the rest—those comforting sides and festive touches that make the holiday complete.

Please review the list of needed items below and click the button to sign up. Select the quantity of any item you'd like to contribute toward our baskets. Every donation helps create a full, traditional Thanksgiving dinner for a family in our community. Select the item(s) that you would like to donate, and you will be able to enter how many you will supply on the next screen. 

🧺 Basket Assembly: The Congregational Life Team will pack the baskets with care and love.

🚗 Delivery Volunteers Needed: If you’re able to help deliver baskets, we’d be so grateful—please sign up for a delivery slot as well. The baskets will be ready for delivery on Sunday, November 23rd immediately following the second service. If you're able to help deliver, please scroll down and sign up for that as well. 

📦 Drop-Off Deadline: All donations should be brought to St. Mark by Wednesday, November 19th. It would be helpful if you would put a note on the donations when you drop them off that includes your name and that it is for the Thanksgiving Meal Baskets.

Potluck - After Congregational Meeting

You're Invited to a Congregational Potluck Luncheon!

Let’s gather and share a meal together! Join us Sunday, November 9th, right after the congregational meeting, for a potluck hosted by the Congregational Life Team. We’ll be serving up fried chicken, crispy potato wedges, refreshing lemonade, coffee, and tea, all you need to bring is your favorite side dish or dessert to share.  Every contribution adds flavor to our fellowship!

Want to lend a hand? We’d love a few volunteers to help with clean-up after the meal, it’s a great way to serve and connect.

What is APLHA… ALPHA is a place to explore the Christian faith with others. It’s a series of videos and conversations focused on the questions of life, faith, and meaning. Each session includes a time to connect with others, hear a talk on some element of faith, and then a chance for people to share their own questions and perspectives with the group. If you want to just listen that’s ok too. We create a non-judgmental and open environment where it’s easy for anyone who is an atheist, skeptic, or simply curious about faith to explore questions of life with new friends.  Click the image for more details.
