MINISTRIES

MINISTRIES AT ST MARK

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Kids are welcome to join in! We have a ton of fun stuff going on here. We get to learn about the life of Jesus and the Bible, while often digging into some games and arts & crafts.

YOUTH MINISTRY

The Youth Group is dedicated to helping teens develop into more devoted and mature disciples of Christ, through an intentional focus on building developmental assets and relationship building.  Parent involvement is always invited.

COLLEGE MINISTRY

It is our goal to reach out to our college students and those serving our country while they are away from home. We want them to know that we at St. Mark are thinking and praying for them. The goal is to touch base with them approximately 4-5 times each year. We plan to primarily reach out via email or cards with 1-2 care packages. If you have a family member or friend who would enjoy receiving correspondences from us, please let us know.

MEN'S MINISTRY

Men's Ministry is a ministry dedicated for the fellowship of men. We truly believe that iron sharpens iron. We would love for you to visit our ministry and see what it is all about.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Women's Ministry is a group of ladies who meet together and have open discussion about Jesus and the Word. We would love it if you would come and visit with us.

MINISTRY FOR SINGLES

Ministry for Singles come together and have a chance to join in fellowship studying the Bible with one another.

WELCOME TEAM

The Welcome Team greets members and guests as they enter the church for Sunday worship services.  Their purpose is to make people feel welcome when attending St Mark.  They are ambassadors to our guests, answering logistical questions and making sure the guests receive the assistance they need.  In addition, at least one team member is responsible for sending welcome notes to our first time guests.  Welcome Team members also staff the welcome table after Sunday services to meet guests and give new guests a gift bag.  Contact Joyce Mol for more information.

ALTAR SERVERS

Altar Servers, is a unique ministry at St, Mark. Servers are an important and much appreciated part of our worship experience. When you serve with the Pastors, you serve the people of God, and above all, you serve Christ. Altar servers are typically scheduled for Holy Communion every Saturday evening at 5:30pm and 1st and 3rd Sundays both 8am and 10:30am. One server assists serving the bread on Saturday and three for each service on Sunday. Contact: Carl Norlin for more information.
